Skip Tracing

The Homesage.ai Skip Tracing API turns a property address into owner contact information. Start with the owner lookup (4 credits), expand to associated people such as relatives and co-owners (1 credit), then pull a full dossier using a returned person_id (1 credit).

Property owner name + contact info from an address

POST /api/properties/skip-tracing/property-owner-information/

The legal owner of a US residential property given its address — name, mailing address (if different from the property), and contact methods (email and phone with connectivity/verification flags).

People associated with a property address (residents, relatives)

POST /api/properties/skip-tracing/associated-people/

A list of people associated with a property address — historical residents, current and former owners, related family members.

Full skip-trace dossier for a known person_id

POST /api/properties/skip-tracing/person-details/

Full skip-trace dossier for a single person — current and previous addresses, phone numbers (with type and connectivity status), email addresses (with verification status), relatives, and associates.
